How long will it take to receive my painting/print?
Please allow 7-10 business days for fine art prints and up to 7 days for original paintings. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I offer international shipping for both fine art prints and original paintings. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
How is my artwork packaged?
Fine art prints larger than A3 size are rolled and shipped in a sturdy tube, while smaller prints are packaged flat for extra protection. Original paintings are wrapped securely with protective materials and shipped in a flat package or box to ensure they arrive safely.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Artwork & Prints
What kind of prints do you offer?
My fine art prints are high-quality giclée prints on premium 310gsm cotton rag paper, ensuring vibrant colors and long-lasting quality.
Are the prints signed?
Yes, all prints are numbered and include a small signature on the front or back, depending on the design.
Do prints come framed?
Prints are sold unframed so you can choose a frame that best suits your space. If you're looking for framing recommendations, feel free to reach out!
Are original paintings one of a kind?
Yes! Each original painting is a unique, hand-painted artwork that will never be replicated.
What type of surface/material do you use for your original paintings?
I paint on canvas, canvas board and paper. All paintings on paper are created using 290gsm oil painting paper, to ensure high-quality and durability.
Do you take commissions, and how do they work?
Yes - I offer commissions on paper, canvas and canvas board and in a variety of sizes. These can either be framed or unframed. For more info and availability, please visit my Commissions page.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of fine art prints and original paintings, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos, and I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
What if my print arrives damaged?
I take great care in packaging, but if your print arrives damaged, please email me with photos, and I’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
