Refund policy

I want you to love your artwork! But, if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, I offer returns under the following conditions:

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please email me at claretradgett.art@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at claretradgett.art@gmail.com with photos of the damage. I will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once I receive your returned item, I will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
